To manage and develop EMARAT card business with key accounts in a designated territory and capture opportunities for further growth. Deliver prompt and efficient services to EMARATs key card customers, with the objective of optimizing sales and revenues in line with EMARATs strategic priorities and goals.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Promote and market EMARATs products and services which meets UAE approved standards to existing and potential customers.
Explore new business opportunities; sign-up new clients, prepare agreements and sales reports within level of authority.
Assist in developing strategies to effectively achieve / retain market leadership position.
Reporting:
Conduct secondary marketing research, monitor competitor activities, prices, discounts etc. in order to evaluate EMARATs competitiveness in the market; prepare a report on the same and submit to Line Manager accordingly.
Provide reports and analysis in supporting the Line Manager in day-to-day business reports.
Account Management:
Monitor the receivables for key accounts and ensure they stay within the agreed terms and conditions; escalate issues to Line Manager when necessary.
Resolve customer special requirements and problems related to products and services in order to maintain custom and loyalty to EMARAT.
Review invoices prior to submission to key customers to mitigate errors and customers dissatisfaction.
Develop a progressive relationship with existing and potential customers to identify sales opportunities and product requirements.
Requirements:
Knowledge of fleet business, understanding of technical aspects of fuel products Data analyses
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
A minimum of 4 years experience within Sales
Experience in the Oil & Gas Distribution Industry preferred
Goal oriented
Excellent communication and presentation skills
IT literate
