Robert Walters is working with a government operated company in the UAE. The company offers a diverse range of services both domestically and internationally and are in search of an Executive Director of Sales. In this role you will lead comprehensive sales initiatives, devising impactful sales strategies for revenue enhancement, overseeing a sales team to successfully execute international sales endeavors.
Responsibilties
Formulate comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the overall business for both short-term and long-term objectives.
Develop commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, managing key client accounts
Recommend an optimum organisation structure for the sales department to ensure optimal resource utilization and efficient communication.
Manage the P&L for the entire business PAN (Sales/Manufacturing/SCM).
Lead negotiations to secure profitable sales agreements with preferred clients, to obtain for maximum long-term value and favourable commercial terms
Collaborate with product development department to understand the features, benefits, and unique selling points of each product in the portfolio.
Key Requirements
10+ years of expertise in a senior sales role with a large organization and at least 5 years managing direct reports
Proven track record of successful leadership in sales management, showcasing expertise in team development, performance optimization, and achieving revenue targets.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, leveraging relationships to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
Adept at formulating and executing growth strategies, with a focus on market expansion, product/service positioning, and the identification of new business opportunities.
Extensive experience in P&L management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cost optimization to ensure sustainable business growth.
Strong orientation towards client relationship management, particularly with government, banking, and national clients, fostering collaborative partnerships that contribute to overall revenue growth.
