Trustbend Packers & Movers is a leading relocation and logistics service provider committed to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, integrity, and wants to contribute to the financial health of a fast-paced service-based organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare timely tax returns.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics, moving services, or a related industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
• Solid understanding of UAE accounting and taxation laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
