Overview
The continued importance and growth of our international sales capabilities has led us to the need for a dedicated residential marketing manager for the Middle East region. In an ever-changing landscape ripe with digital disruption, we are looking for an innovative and inspiring marketing Manager to be based in our Dubai office Working closely with the UK based leadership team comprising of: head of residential marketing, performance marketing lead, awareness marketing lead and operations marketing lead, the successful candidate will define and execute our always on performance marketing and brand investment strategy. They will also work directly with clients in the UK, Portugal, Australia and across the globe to define and deliver bespoke sales and marketing plans that underpin our always on approach to marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a data-first approach to campaign planning in the region and Salesforce adoption across the team.
Maintain and constantly evolve our reporting mechanics, ensuring robust internal and client reports against pre-agreed KPIs.
Manage our third-party marketing agency infrastructure relationships, contracts and performance mechanisms.
To analyse and interpret marketing data to confidently craft recommendations and proposals for stakeholders and clients based on previous campaign performance, market trends and client appetite.
Build relationships with central marketing and comms functions to align on marketing plans and utilise central resource and budgets to drive our residential business.
Foster relationship with the local and international sales teams to ensure clear customer journeys and hand-off points between marketing and sales.
Work closely with our internal product team to devise tech stack requirements, ensuring we are constantly evolving our marketing channels with a focus on innovation.
Act as the brand guardian for the region, working with the head of residential marketing and central brand team to deliver a globally defined but locally nuanced approach to always on marketing.
Work with the head of performance marketing for residential marketing to define an always on ROI efficient approach to lead generation.
Work closely with our awareness marketing lead to ensure an always-on approach to brand marketing and positioning our team and capabilities as best in class.

Adaptable and comfortable working in an environment of change and transformation while being highly organised.
Salesforce and data experience are preferred.
Ability to confidently communicate and build relationships with senior business stakeholder, clients and marketing colleagues.
Ability to understand, advocate and help to embed an audience-driven approach against a backdrop of sometimes conflicting stakeholder requests.
Understanding of cross-cultural nuances, consumer behaviours and marketing channel preferences.
Data driven insight capabilities and understanding.
Experience in managing agencies and ability to provide clear brief and structure to objectives.
Experience in overseeing budgets and evaluating ROI.
