Lead the marketing function for L&T product range.
Champion and lead the product (offer) lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring new and existing product (offer) success and localization of global offers and marketing campaigns to the Gulf market.
Develop an effective marketing mix – product, price, place, promotion – to roll out new offers.
Go-to-market strategies using STP – segment, targeting, positioning – approach to deliver unique value propositions to targeted personas and achieve competitive advantage.
Define price positioning strategies, launch strategy, channel development and customer journey.
Closely work with various cross-functional teams and organisations including channel leaders and Sales to identify offer needs, gaps, and opportunities to build strong value propositions.
Understand market trends, technology landscape, competitors landscape, industry and country specific codes & standards cycles.
Responsible for product performance with targets on revenue, cost & margin with main target goal of enabling profitable growth.
Work closely with marketing functions (Marcom, Channel Marketing, Line of Business teams) for a successful marketing and launch plan, and to develop marketing assets like videos, sales pitch, sales tools, print and digital marketing tools, PR, social media, customer testimonials and other literature.
Train different entity actors (sales, business development, external customers, customer care center (CCC) teams) to align the understanding of product and offer.
Qualifications:
Engineering Bachelors degree Owner.
5 years of experience in commercial field.
The ability to work in a team.
Strong marketing background.
